I need to rename Cerulean though. But I can't think of a new name and Unique Name Generator (google) isn't helping much either D:

You can, as long as you abide to the License attached to it.

You can use it for personal things, such as wallpaper, or anything alike, but you can not release it or an edited version somewhere without my knowledge. ;)
